All products shipped from Beauty-Outlet are sent through International Airmail, and comply with International mail regulations in regards, to the sale and shipping, of duty-free products, worldwide.
Each product ordered on beauty-outlet.net is sent in its own package, which ensures that the restrictions that apply to weight and value for duty free products, is not surpassed.
Although every product is packaged separately, they are shipped to you on the same day. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive all the items that you have ordered at once. It is normal for packages to arrive on different days.
We ship all our orders using International Registered Airmail and shipping cost, is $6.99 USD per item, worldwide.
Delivery takes from 8 to 24 business days from shipment, unless there are postal delays that are out of our control. Delivery time begins, from the day your order is shipped.
Compensation cannot be made for orders older than 6 months.
Orders are shipped as per company’s handling time-frame (2-5 working days from receipt of cleared payment).
Payments via Credit Card (either direct either through Ebanx) may have a slight delay, since these orders go under thorough inspection from our compliance team. We will inform you in case there is a problem with your payment or if additional information is required to be provided.
In case of suspicious activity, we will be refunding the payment without a notice.
If your package arrives already opened, please note that we require a photo at the time of receipt, plus an official letter from your post office confirming that it arrived in an opened condition.
This letter, should bear an official stamp from the post office and the tracking number of the package should be informed on this letter.
If for any reason you wish to return any of the items ordered, please return them to us in the condition in which you received them.We DO NOT accept returns of opened or used items for any reason.
In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If this is not the case due to a clear agreement between all concerned parties, once we receive the scanned and emailed copy of the receipt from you, we will refund the full value of the products returned and if applicable, all additional shipping charges you have paid.
Please keep in mind that if the proper arrangements to retrieve your package from the post office are not taken, unfortunately we will not be able to compensate that order, even if the product returns to us.
This is because it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the products online once we provide the tracking numbers, and since post offices will be informing online of the steps that need to be taken for the delivery, customer is obliged to follow those steps.
Furthermore please note that our company is charged for every product that is returning and for this we cannot be held responsible if you will not be arranging the delivery of your item, when this is asked by your official postal authorities.
