Will I have to pay taxes?

The customer is responsible for issues relating to the delivery and taxation of their order and the laws applied to them. We cannot be held responsible for any fees or taxes that you may have to pay.

What is your delivery process after placing an order?

Once an order is placed with us, it can take between 2 to 5 working days to process. After it has been processed, we then send the data to the warehouse. Once the warehouse receives the information it requires to ship your order, it then packs the orders in batches. Once a batch is fully packed, it is then sent to our logistics center, through economy airmail. Orders shipped via economy airmail take between 8 to 24 business days to arrive (unless there are delays with your post office, which we have absolutely no control over).

What is the quality of your perfumes?

We only supply the highest quality perfumes. ALL products are 100% original guaranteed. Certain products may come in the box without the cellophane plastic, but we receive them like this from the manufacturer’s factory. Additionally, the manufacturer has the legal right to change the packaging without prior notice.

Kindly note that we also supply Perfume testers. All Perfume testers, are Brand New, Never Used and come without the Cellophane wrap, directly from the manufacturers. Please see further below, for all information related to Perfume testers.

What if I ordered six perfumes and received only three?

We dispatch the packages through International Registered Air Mail. In case of multiple products we pack them as separate shipments. All items are sent in separate packages. Please check the order details to find the different tracking IDs for each shipment.

What if I have ordered and still have not received the goods?

Please allow up to a maximum of 24 business days from shipment for your order to arrive (unless there are delays with your post office, which we have absolutely no control over). Compensation can only be made if the reason for the delay is our error and not that of your local customs/post office. Compensations are provided for orders that were paid within a 6-months period, as per company policies.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost is $6.99 (USD) per item, worldwide. Shipping method is Economy Registered Airmail.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments via PayPal, direct payments via Credit cards and Ebanx payments – Brazilians only (Boleto, Credit Card etc.).

Are there countries to which you do not deliver?

Yes. If you cannot find the destination country, on the drop-down menu at checkout, this means that we cannot currently send to that specific destination. If you need more information about this or  you would like for us to add a destination to our site, please contact us using the site contact form, and we will add the destination of your choice, if this is possible.

Do you sell products other than those on your website?

Yes, we have products that are not yet listed online. We receive new stock and new products very often, and for this the website, may have products that are missing.

In case you want us to have items listed for you, that you cannot find displayed on our website, kindly contact us directly, and we will do our best, to list them online for you, if this is possible.

If the products you will be requesting are not available, we will request our warehouse to have a quotation from the manufacturers. In case we are able to supply with it, we will inform you accordingly.

Is the information I place over the internet secure?

We can assure our customers that only the most advanced technology in internet security is used on our site. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secures data on TCP/IP networks such as the internet, through encryption, authentication, and integrity for all communications between our consumers and the web server.

What is the Credit Card ID?
